Tim Woodring "Woody" - Team
Leader
Tim is our illustrious team leader, without which we would all be
lost. He is a part of the Clark County 911 dispatch crew, and is
involved in many different aspects of Clark county's Department of Emergency
Services. Tim and six other ambitious souls founded SWORD in 2003,
and he has been the driving force ever since. With membership in
two other teams under his belt over the years, he brings a wealth of
practical experience to the team. His full time job as a 911 Dispatcher
in Clark County keeps him in touch with the community..

Jerry Lester - Assistant
Team Leader
Jerry has been with the team since 2003, making him one of the most
senior members. Jerry is an officer of the law in teh area of
LaCenter, WA. We are lucky that he can find time to be a board
member.
Cliff Cammert "Cam" - Training
Officer
Cliff comes to us as an experienced diver and diving educator. He
is the director of a local dive training company across the river in
Portland, and has been certifying students since 1995. He is an
accomplished cold water diver who has logged around 2000 dives all over
the world.

Jim Virgin - Swift
Water Specialist
With over twenty years of professional whitewater experience as a raft
guide and whitewater kayak instructor, Jim is a key leader for
our swift water rescue program. Committed to water safety, Jim serves
nationally on the board of directors of both the American Canoe
Association and the United Safe Boating Institute. Jim works directly
with the Boy Scouts of America developing watercraft requirements
for their Venturing Program and serves as the Vice President of Training for the Cascade Pacific Council.
Doug Young -
We haven't gotten Doug to turn in his bio yet, but I for one can't wait
to see it
Albin Boyse "Al" -
Albin has also been a member since 2003 and has served as the assistant
team leader for the team in addition to his duties as the official liaison
to the Sheriffs Office. . Albin is an officer with the Clark
County Sheriff's Office and as such helps handle the interactions on
scene between the various agencies. Thank god!
Ron Micjan -
Ron is another one of our divers. Besides being
certified as a full CCR Cave Diver, among many other things he is also
an IANTD and ANDI Rebreather Instructor. Ron is a certified
captain, and excellent at handling tricky boat operations.
